Fall Festival - Down On the Farm

We at Pine Grove Preschool had so much fun at our Fall Festival this year! I know you have all been patiently waiting for me to post photos from the big day. So without further ado, here they are! Enjoy!

Students arrived to exciting fall decorations

Each group rotated between several fun activities. Starting with a visit from Woody and Jessie - provided by A Child's Dream Entertainment! Visit their web site here.

Once outside, the children got their faces painted by a clown (Cindy Eis' daughter, Shalom!) while they waited in line for their pony rides!

The pony rides and petting zoo were brought up to us from Carter's Farm Mobile Petting Zoo in Queen Creek, AZ. They are a really nice, relaxed family that blessed us above and beyond our expectations. Visit their web site here.

After sanitizing.....
the kids moved on to our "pumpkin patch" where they ran around and chose a pumpkin to take home. This turned out to be a really good opportunity for photos, and most of the kids had their portrait taken holding a pumpkin.

Then pumpkins were lined up and stored in cubbies while the kids lunched and played.

But our day wasn't finished yet! The aftercare kids had fun getting their photos taken in the front of the school with pumpkins and scarecrows!

This was so much fun, and we are so thankful that so many parents were able to be a part of the celebration!

Good Morning Pine Grove Families!

I can't believe the snow!! We were taken a little off guard when we realized that our website is not reflecting our current Snow Day policy so I wanted to let you all know what it is. It is as follows:

Pine Grove Preschool will follow the same Snow Day schedule as Prescott Unified School District. If PUSD is closed then Pine Grove Preschool will be closed. If PUSD is on a 2 hour delay then Pine Grove Preschool will also be on a 2 hour delay. Our regular hours of operation are 7:30 - 6:00 so on a 2 hour delay, we will open at 9:30 a.m..

Thanks everyone! Be safe out there!
Melanie
